Thrombosed Hemroids

The picture shows thrombosed external hemroids. Note the blue color of the thrombosed hemroids. The consistency of hemroids in this case was hard and the inflammation is not marked denoting that the thrombosis was recent.
Also, the small size of the hemroids itself indicate that the case is an early case of hemroids which rapidly progressed to thrombosis. The onset of thrombosis was associated with marked pain and bluish discoloration.
